At the behest of the Goddes of Truth, I respond to summons made in earnest. If you believe you have the skill to summon me, then reflect upon this poem and perform the ritual of truth.
My name is a river. One man in the flow
Mer'diwēn Tirrel̄ Diyō, time moving to and fro
One man floating upstream, becoming the river nigh
Forever moving forward, a beacon reflecing light
I am the world's eyes and ears, one being made of truth
Karee calls out all around, seeing everything of you
The foundation of the world itself can be torn and ripped apart
Put back together in one piece, forever as a lark
The Fey blood cries out my name, Lythian sings a tune
Another of my kind's bonds, forever one with you
And yet the world calls outward, forever challenges
What we become is nothing compared to where we've been
Every person is a helmsman, every animal a guide
New, old, vibrant, lost, yet here we speak aside
Perhaps one day we cherish all that we've ever lost
If you've truly met the helmsman, then your memory's embossed
Five puppets I will wield here, five words I've yet to say
Five essences support me, drawn out in night or day
If you've need of my service, then on tower's solar noon
Cry out the words of fortune: "I request Mer'diwēn's boon!"
A word of warning: I will respond to all summons. Please do not waste my time. I am not a plaything to be trifled with nor a weapon to use.
