The unusual person known as Skyla Noel Gon has agreed to answer questions for a report. This is my first report on her as Taskmaster, and as such will include a full writeup.

Skyla is the daughter of the four-armed archetect known as Thruul M'Gon and a celtic woman named Noel. She is currently 38 years old. She is seven feet tall at the top of her head. A pair of ocean blue horns protrude from the area above both temples and raise up another nine inches. Her ears are exceptionally round and bulbous like her father, rather than the flat and cabbage-like ears of a normal person. She has skin the color of brown clay, waist-long hair with tones of ocean blue and inky black, sky-blue and brilliant pink eyes, and exceptionally long arms ending in meaty hands with fingers that double as claws. The bottom half of her legs increase in size and form round pads instead of feet, though the shoe size is reasonable for her height. Due to her unusual build she requires lengthened clothes and special shoes.

Skyla's weight is exceptionally high for her build at 35 core, 10 pounds. She has unusually large muscles, but this alone does not explain the difference in sheer weight that one would see from a highly trained and well fed soldier. She has been noted to wear modified Scout gear from the Military Faction, leather and hidefrom various animals, thick fur lined boots, various gear involved in research, and a smithing apron.

Skyla requires a great deal of food. For the week that she has been here she has eaten a full soldier's compliment three times per day, multiple gallons of ale, an entire turkey, and multiple grass slimes. She has complained about how hungry she was, how long it takes to cook a deer, and how little variety there is while hunting slimes. She has also complained about not eating anything for months on end. I would guess that Skyla is currently replenishing the stores of what she has depleted over her long trip and that this amount of food will even out later.

Skyla describes herself in multiple ways:

First, as a "Starseed Human Hybrid", "The Architect's Daughter", or "The Demon Child From The Stars". An explanation of Starseeds is beyond the scope of this report; see reports on Thruul M'Gon for more information.

Second, as "Someone who has seen everything". She appears to have detailed skills and knowledge in every one of the five primary Tinker factions, extensive survival training, otherworldly smithing knowledge gained from her father, an application of slime-crafting that goes well beyond standard and deep into improvisitation, and grasps how magic and technology mix together as a standard mode of being instead of a fusion.

Third, as a mushroomologist. She has a rather involved and detailed set of knowledge and skills when it comes to mushrooms. Apparently, with proper cultivation, they can be grown on slimes or people. The latter involves questionable morals and would normally be taken as a joke, but she doesn't seem to have a sense of humor beyond a scowl.

Fourth, and as we know her the best, "The Siren". She is fully capable of singing a hypnotic song that drives slimes into frenzy or follower patterns. This is documented in other reports.

Fifth, as "A Failure". She did not elaborate on this beyond the fact that I either wouldn't understand or be disgusted. When pressed, she mentioned dying, slavery, lost ideals, the breakdown of reality, fighting a mountain, meeting the green haired man known as Merdiwen, and meeting the Goddess of Truth in succession. Prodding her was a repeat of the pattern with no elaboration, and prodding each individual part was met with a long stare and a head shake.

Sixth and last, as "here". Again, she would not elaborate.

Skyla has accrued multiple titles over the course of her life. In her own estimation, these titles are what she holds now
- The Demon From The Stars - An obvious title from her description
- The Hunter of Men - A remnant from her days as a scout.
- Mushroomologist - A particular profession taken by someone with a fascination of mushrooms
- The Siren - A singsong serenade across the battlefield that strikes fear into the hearts of men and slimes alike
- A Failure - Refuses to elaborate
- Veiltouched

The last title requires some explanation, as it is not an official title given to her by anyone. Skyla claims that she can reach out and interact with the borders between things, and she found this out by having a cold dagger thrust through her back. By her description, this process did kill her. The place that she went to after death is like a border world, where nothing is solid and everything is simply between somewhere else. The reason behind this is understood by Skyla, but she refuses to divulge the reason.

Skyla has also requested that the exact nature of this effect is left out of the report. She is clear about the effect being unique to her, does perhaps make her immortal, and that she has to deal with the pain of losing and regrowing body parts from necrosis and other side effects. This is not something she would wish on anyone.

I ran through a series of training exercises and creative tasks with Skyla to gauge her abilities. Using the enhanced skill scale, I am somewhat able to determine her abilities, but it is hard to define what the guide should be as she is the rod we measure strength by. Details below

* Skyla's raw combat prowess belies the fact that she uses multiple combat styles, multiple weapons, and can switch them on the fly. She is highly resourceful and capable of varying her approach to a degree that would put anyone off guard.

* Skyla is just as capable of using a sword as she is her own claws. Her unpredictability makes it difficult to figure out what she's going to do next.
** The claws on her hands are capable of piercing moderately hard objects like wood. She can use this to her advantage for leverage and is a very fast climber.

* Skyla knows a great deal about how humans operate, how to motivate them, how to capture them, and how to use them. This generally applies to animals and slimes as a rule, not to humans.

* Skyla used to be a member of the Knowledge-Seekers Ward. She was visibly upset by this set of tasks and performed it half-heartedly, giving up halfway through.
** Skyla seems to have a complete understanding on elements, materials, and how they interact with each other. The way she describes this is through strength and tension. She either doesn't recognize essences or doesn't like bringing them up despite demonstrating that she understands them on a deeper level.

Artisan:

* While she doesn't create good quality tools, Skyla makes up for this in spades by creating things very quickly. Her philosophy is "You make one, I'll make ten. Three of mine will break. That leaves seven good enough, so take two and come back later."

While Skyla is suitable for a Great Task in three out of six fields, she declined all of them. She is known well enough and has completed multiple tasks in the past. She does not doubt her ability and requested a chance in the future to complete each one, but has a different goal in mind for now.
